## Requirements
Some High School, High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to waist level and 10 to 30 lbs. to chest level. Free range of body motion so that tasks that require walking, bending, stopping, twisting and reaching can be completed. Prolonged standing for periods of two or more hours at a time. Ability to vebalize so the average person can comprehend. Visual and hearing acuity corrected to normal.
## Job Detail
Performs a variety of tasks to assist in the operation and expedition resident dining services to include: preparation and delivery of all dietary meal products & supplies to resident floors or unit kitchens. preparation of simple food & beverage items, cleans & sanitizes all kitchen equipment and service ware utilizing dish machine or (3) bay sink station. Works with cleaning chemicals and solutions to maintain a sanitary environment to meet or exceed DPH standards. Carries out a variety of tasks to include delivery of patient food carts, scrubbing and washing pots and supplies, preparation plus delivery of floor stocks and a wide variety of cleaning tasks.
Assists in the proper receipt and storage of food.
Follows a cleaning check list and any other assigned tasks.
