Responsibilities:
Manage:
Daily cash positions/transactions for several foreign financing entities Foreign entity borrowings under Company's $1.
0B debt facility including regular interaction with banks Company-wide foreign exchange hedging program Company-wide intercompany loan program Monthly foreign exchange rate reporting process Quarterly cash concentration process, including China Cash Pooling Program Maintain all domestic and international bank accounts, including signatories Administer all Corporate Treasury electronic platforms globally (banking, foreign exchange trading, etc.
) Facilitate internal and external audits of the Corporate Treasury function Manage aspects of the monthly/quarterly close process including Corporate Treasury related journal entries and reporting (Company-wide debt summary and interest expense, fair value reporting for outstanding hedging instruments, etc.
) Provide Corporate Treasury assistance as needed for M&A activities Assist with selection and implementation of Treasury Management System Identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10-15 years of Corporate Treasury experience with a global focus or a mix of domestic/global responsibilities including:
Cash management, Debt financing, Foreign exchange, Intercompany loans, Electronic treasury platforms, FBAR process and requirements and A/R, A/P and P/R transactions.
Experience in implementing/managing/maintaining a Treasury Management System.

Must possess the highest degree of integrity and ethical behavior as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a worldwide finance team, Must pay particular attention to detail and should be extremely organized and able to plan and execute multiple assignments in a timely manner and Should demonstrate initiative and actively seek opportunities for automation/digitalization.
Education Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in business is required.
An Advanced degree would be strongly preferred.
