Job Description The Portfolio Coordinator will be responsible for working with the Program Manager(s) in providing the setup, maintenance and reporting of the supported project portfolios within the Enterprise Software Development (ESD) group of Technology. Working closely with the Program and Project Managers, this position will ensure the accuracy of data within the project and portfolio management (PPM) tool and data shared with the Finance organization. This position will also support Program Managers with proper coding of resource costs and oversee the annual corporate SOX audit for Technology controls.

Responsibilities o Assist ESD Technology Managers and Program Managers with:
o Coordinate all aspects of the Long Range Planning, Annual Operating and Quarterly financial forecasting for assigned areas. This includes consolidation of data from various sources, coordination of review meetings and distribution of documentation to key stakeholders for review and approval.
o Manage the setup, maintenance and reporting of all financial aspects for the PMO managed capital projects in the PPM tool from initial planning through project closure
o Provide complete forecast data in appropriate format to Finance as needed to support the various forecast processes
o Assist with compiling monthly executive report package
o Assist Program, Project and other Technology Managers as needed with:
o Proper setup, and financial maintenance of, new capital projects and Programs within the PPM tool
o Collect and validate forecast data to ensure entire capital budget is within tolerances
o Generate detail project related reports from SAP as needed to support summary reporting data
o For Programs that capitalize resource labor costs, assist Program Manager with:
o Monthly reconciliation and creation of journal entry file to support reclass of employee & consultant costs
o Create month end journal entry file with accruals for consultant time not processed by fiscal month end
o Provide mid-month and month-end financial project and resource reports, including variance analysis vs. latest baseline
o Oversee annual SOX audit for technology controls and work with control owners on evidence collection, testing, documentation and resolution of any identified deficiencies
Basic Qualifications o Very strong Organizational, Interpersonal and Communication skills are a must
o Strong analytical skills, including expertise in Microsoft Excel
o Familiarity with Portfolio Management and Project Accounting concepts and practices
o Familiarity with corporate accounting software such as SAP, and with Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project and AtTask, is a plus
Required Education Bachelors of Science degree

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
