Job Description This is a 24 month project role.
The Lead Service Delivery Analyst will be a working lead, managing the data integrations from multiple sources into the ESPN Easy Vista System.

Responsibilities
Requirements Management: Collection and Organization, Documentation, and Sign-Off (Internal and Customer)
Request Management and Scope Evaluation / Cost Analysis
Facilitation of Effective Meetings
Facilitation of Product Lifecycle Management: Coordination with all technical and business resources in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of data into the asset management system.
Advanced Product Management and Coordination between Groups. Includes providing adequate and timely communication with customers regarding content, implementation schedules, project status reporting, and troubleshooting issues. This may also involve leading individuals who report to other managers on a day-to-day basis.
Service Level (Contract) Management / Customer and Partner Relationships
Training and Knowledge Sharing
Technical Writing for knowledgebase and white papers
Implementation Planning and Execution. Includes assurance that integrations are adequately tested, documented, and implemented, and that users and operators receive adequate training in the use of new/revised integration.
Strategic Requirements Planning with Customers and in a pro-active, forward looking capacity with industry knowledge
Change Management
Process Development and Improvements
Provide accurate cost assessments for specific product efforts when necessary, working with development teams.
Identify areas in need of process improvements and provide/educate/implement process solutions. This may be a Group change in policy.
Provide timely communication with regards to requirements interpretation and feedback, as well as project status, decisions, and action items.
Fulfill various technical writing responsibilities
Make decisions regarding product requirements and timelines, and how to communicate changes, working with all business areas within Product Development. This may be in complex situations.
Assist Group Manager/Director with strategic decision making
Provides accurate diagnoses of problems and determines appropriate solutions
Basic Qualifications
Has a working knowledge of relevant subject matter and a general understanding of at least a major part of one recognized body of knowledge
At least 2-4 years of experience
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar field of study, or equivalent work experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
