Assignment Coordinator I

The Assignment Coordinator I will be responsible for coordination, data entry and reconciliation of scheduling assignments in Playbook for various groups in Production, tracking utilization for contractual staff/non-staff assignments and providing detailed reports to Production business units.

Input Talent assignment schedules into Playbook Monitors the usages of contracted staff personnel to prevent & manage under and over utilization. Reconcile contractual assignments/usages on a monthly basis. Provide reporting on staff utilization. Responsible for processing contractual overage invoices for all production departments & EIV. Data entry of Audio, digital media and international assignments into Playbook. Responsible for creating ad hoc reports in Micro-strategy for production units. Verification and approval of T&E expense reports for Talent. Participate regularly in Production meetings and conference calls. Will be expected to learn, understand and navigate Playbook and SAP
Minimum of 3 years? experience in a high volume, fast paced, customer service driven environment.
Superior attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills including voice & email communication
Strong organizational and follow through skills
Ability to work with confidential information and exercise good judgment
Keen understanding of Disney T&E Policy
In depth knowledge of organization and talent contract utilization preferred
Computer experience with proficiency in Window-based PC applications including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Additional Qualifications
Experience in Playbook.
Background in business administration.
Television production industry experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
