Facilities Service Center Supervisor

A first line 2nd shift supervisor leading a work group or team. The Facilities Service Center Supervisor is a key contributor in creating and maintaining the daily work schedules of all staff in order to maintain a seamless operation. The individual will report into the Manager of Facilities Service Center Operations.

? Tracks work orders, oversees staff and the distribution of reports ? Identifies department trends/problems ? Reviews and approves all facilities related UAA request in accordance to the company?s guidelines and standards ? Translates assigned operating processes and assignments into instructions and methods ? In absence of management, determines the daily schedule of all service center staff ? Enforces policies and may adjust established methods and work flows ? Performs more complex processes and task within the context of well-defined practices and methods ? Assists on specific aspects of day-to-day administrative projects or assignments ? Demonstrates an in depth understanding of ESPN facilities service center policies, standards, and procedures. ? Communication / Interactions: Interacts with a wide range of ESPN employees ? Decision Making: Actions, results and decisions are subject to close and frequent supervisory control
? Has experience as a supervisor with basic supervisory skills
? Minimum of 1 year supervising people or working as a team lead and people management experience
? Has working knowledge of facilities service center and equipment
? Ability to work through conflict and create positive outcomes with staff and customers
? Perform functions as operator and dispatcher roles as needed
? Proficiency in running reports and identify trends/problems
? Excellent organizational skills
? Knowledge of running the daily operations of a large facility or facilities service center
? Position requires work hours scheduled by management which may have periods of weekends and holidays
Additional Qualifications
? 4 years? experience preferred in facilities/property management field handling service requests and alarm system monitoring
? Knowledge in tracking and reporting of service requests
? Has working subject matter knowledge in one or more recognized body of knowledge
? Has in depth knowledge of all ESPN physical facilities
? Has in depth understanding of ESPN facilities service center policies, standards and procedures

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
