Part-Time Commercial Operations Coordinator II

Assemble and publish network commercial logs for all ESPN Networks. Act in a utility role, demonstrating proficiency and willingness to perform any and all departmental functionalities as assigned. Develop an overall leadership role within the department by administering quality control and providing coaching and training to Coordinator I, II and III levels.

?Develops a firm understanding of department protocols and overall philosophy and acts accordingly. ?Monitor daily print status and alert management to any potential issues affecting log publication. ?Act as a department leader. Support management in fostering teamwork throughout the department. ?Trainings Level I, II and III Coordinators on department functionalities and responsibilities. Provides feedback and follow-up to management. ?Possesses a solid understanding and maintains a positive relationship with other departments that work closely with Commercial Operations. ?Provides quality control for each network while monitoring daily deadlines. ?Remains current on sales and operations standard operating procedures for each sport and how new sales elements impact these guidelines. ?Assumes various projects as assigned and/or approved by department management, providing progress reports, target date for completion and follow up. ?Ensures that all orders are coordinated and managed for accurate on air execution, according to deadlines and deal points. ?Acquire advertising materials for each piece of business from advertising agencies, clients, packagers and league-sanctioned bodies. Input into NCS and verify. ?Coordinate and deliver television sponsorship materials for higher-level sales packages such as; NFL, XGames, College Bowl games, ESPY?s, etc. Assist and train other Coordinators to handle these events. ?Participate in preparing for network launches and other department and/or company initiatives. ?Participate in weekend and holiday on-call rotation. Responsible for daily check in and follow up on issues that arise during weekend/holiday hours. ?Responsible to initiate, test and monitor NCS business enhancements. ?Attend specific sport or project meetings when assigned by department management, providing input from a Commercial Operations perspective and follow up. ?Performs all duties of Level I and Level II Commercial Operations Coordinators when warranted, as well as other duties as assigned by department management. ?Act as a floater and will work in all areas of CommOps as assigned.
?Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities and problem solve in a constantly environment.
?Must have excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
?Must be able to work overtime, including nights and weekends, without advance notice.
Additional Qualifications
? 3 years of broadcast traffic operations experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
