This is for a furnished SINGLE ROOM in a HOUSE. We are seeking a quiet, tidy ROOMMATE. The room is available to ONE single person and no pets. Private bedroom, single occupancy only. All utilities included, including wifi access. I run a background check, credit check, previous landlord verification and employment check on roommates. Regarding background checks: the past is the past and if someone has a record, it doesn't mean it's an automatic denial. Regarding the credit check: I don't care about a credit score, I'm only looking at payment history and if there are bills in collections. Also included is a bureau, table & TV. Shared bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. One off street parking space in the winter months. $600 is needed to move in which includes a $400 deposit and first weeks rent. Two small dogs live in the house full time. You'll also share the house with 3 adults: 36, 54 & 55.
